ASPCA Puppy Mill Investigation

ASPCA Puppy Mill Investigation in Marshall County, Mississippi. Members of the ASPCA Field Investigations and Response Team led the effort to rescue a total of 96 animals, 34 of the dogs are recovering in the ASPCA Adoption Center.
