    Maybe his actions didn’t, but the lack of them. Think before you speak, because Bush was a terrible president and he managed to squander away the surplus that clinton had gained us. But I don’t blame him, I blame his supporters and the people who reelected him. Because even though Bush barely scraped through high school, hes still smarter than that portion of the population, but this video is about puppies not Bush so don’t soil it any further. Thanks.
