   The one in the video, to me is not full grown. My puggle weighs 30 lbs. But they are the best dogs VERY loveable

   my puggle weighs about 15 pounds.
   he was supposed to be about 25 or 30, that would be average, i guess mine was maybe the runt? i dont know, but there the sweetest things!

    My puggle weighs 23 lbs and is 12 in tall to the shoulders, they told me he was full grown.

    Maybe the eyes were blue but any baby animal of any type (even humans!) have blue eyes. Iris pigment doesn’t kick in until a little bit later.
